Terms of Supply
Standard Procurement Conditions 2026
The following Terms of Supply govern all quotations, sales, and deliveries undertaken by Waritigi Africa Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing by authorized representatives.
01. Quality Assurance
All structural steel, piping, and industrial components are sourced from approved manufacturers and delivered with applicable **Mill Test Certificates (MTC)** and inspection documentation.
02. Quotations & Validity
Quotations remain valid for **seven (7) calendar days** from the date of issue. Prices may be revised after expiry due to fluctuations in global steel markets, freight conditions, or exchange rate volatility.
04. Payment Terms
The standard payment condition is 100% payment upon order confirmation prior to procurement and delivery.
Sourcing and shipment schedules commence only after receipt of full cleared funds.
05. Inspection & Acceptance
Clients are responsible for thorough inspection upon delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported in writing within **forty-eight (48) hours** of receipt.

Liability Limit
Liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective materials only; excluding installation costs or consequential damages.
